I ordered these lids because I expected them to be the same as the lids I bought from Menards in Gillette, Wyoming in 2015. Container sealed moisture resistant and easy to use. The caps I have, not many! These lids will not snap onto the bucket without assistance. I think if you bought some SUPER WEATHERSTRIP CEMENT and sealed the lids with it it would work. I'm a packer and I'm saving 5 gallons. Containers that I can clean well enough to reuse. I have 2 brands of seal buckets that are spotless and these lids don't fit either. The only buckets I could use them with were Black Jack elastomeric buckets. But even fitting them properly took a lot of hits with a rubber mallet and a block of wood. I'm glad I only bought 3.
