There is no way to attach a hose to it unless you connect it backwards. much paperweight until I get a clutch. As it turns out, you need connectors for both ends. It is not possible to attach a hose to both ends without fittings. The description doesn't say so. I am taking back my star and want to give the seller negative stars. This item, when working properly, has a cheap pressure gauge that didn't survive my trip. When I opened this package, the manometer needle fell into the glass lid. Thank goodness I bought two of these and was able to get the job done and measure the water pressure with an intact gauge. Also, the threads on the unit required the use of very thick Teflon tape as the connections leaked, and I had to cut and solder the copper tubing together several times before the threaded connections stopped…
