Cuts perfect holes once you get the hang of it. Don't run too fast!

The instructions page for the tool is not very good. And you must be careful to follow the blade alignment pattern. My blades were installed as NO-NO as stated in the instructions. The instructions don't say anything about the two screws on the outside of the bar that hold the blades, but I learned about them quickly. If the screws are not tightened (they don't seem to do anything - I don't know why they're there) they will loosen during operation and start rubbing against the inside of the…

Pathetic product. Blades do not stay locked

I needed to install 8 consoleless lights in my home office. I do crafts and have done before, but drywall dust is such a mess. I've seen this on Revain and although it would be great for cutting perfect holes with a bit of a mess. I was wrong. Read the instructions carefully and set them up. Make sure the blades are in the correct position and are tight. The first hole went well. I thought I was a genius for finding this little gem. I have used this tool for 6 holes in drywall for LED panel lights and even if I never use it again it may be the best money I've ever spent on a DIY project. I spent 20+ minutes reading the instructions and setting up the blades for my first cut because I'm meticulous. Based on a few negative reviews it looks like they misadjusted the slicers.
