I can't open a bottle of wine with this thing. I really need a refund. It was a gift and now I'm ashamed. Don't buy this crap.

Oprah's favorite things? Very difficult to use, put the cork back in the bottle. It was just stupid! I returned it. It was on Oprah's list of favorite things, I doubt she ever used it.

Bought as a gift when it arrived the rubber part was all scratched so couldn't be a gift. He was returned. It looked like a cool concept, but not that smooth in person.

Doesn't work. I tried to open a bottle of wine tonight, this was the second time I've used it and I think it's broken. Very bad design. I go back to the old rabbit wine opener.

Not very happy with these openers. Worked fine for a while, then the connector started sticking and finally the opening mechanism didn't work properly. Went back to the old trendy simple opener. Probably just user error.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought for my husband for Christmas, opened early for our Christmas Eve meeting. Neither of us could open the wine and went back to our cheap one. That gets screwed into the cork and then I go back instead of pulling the cork out. Such a waste of money and time. Very disappointed

After figuring I had to make sure the opener was fully on the bottle I was able to pull the cork out of the bottle and then let go of the cork. Unfortunately it fell apart after three uses. One of the round pieces of plastic holding the stylus to the pivot fell off and the stylus came out. I was able to reassemble it after some trial and error, but the round thing keeps falling off.

Purchased this solely based on the performance of the previous Rabbit product. My recommendation is to avoid this product. That's worse than bad quality. I bought two as gifts and both said they didn't work. Twice the price of a regular corkscrew/ corkscrew, you will regret buying it for yourself or as a gift. Looks chic/modern, but doesn't work functionally. zero stars. Use genuine Le Creuset™ 100L2-31.
