🍲 12 Quart Red Rachael Ray Stockpot with Lid - Create Delightful Stock Pot Review

Changed my rating. I have owned the kettle for 1.5 years. When I bought it it appeared to be of very high quality but the enamel inside has worn away exposing the metal underneath and it is now rusting. No longer suitable for cooking. I am trying to contact the manufacturer. I've used the pot maybe 20 times in that time, I'm not strict with utensils. I invest in good things. I hope they get it right and I'll revert the review to my original one.

The price, color, size and thickness are definitely the quality I was hoping for, but mine arrived broken as you can see in the photo. However, it is still my favorite cooking pot and I use it often. It browns veggies evenly and because of its size I've increased my recipes by about 35-45%. The durability of the ceramic coating is significant and is not easily scratched. The handles also provide a temporary place to install the lid.

I used my new Pretty Red Stock Pot this morning to make a large batch of 10 bean vegetable soup. The pan worked great. I was able to turn my gas stove on low and the soup continued to cook well. Nothing stuck to the bottom and cleaning was very easy and there were no stains inside that were off-white. I'm so lucky to have a nice big pot to make a big batch of soup. I thought a pot at this price point was really great quality.

The apple's brilliant candy-red color is much nicer in person. The micro glitter adds a beautiful sparkle without being sticky. I was a little disappointed with the quality. From afar it looks like a well-designed pot that you *may* have paid a little more for. On closer inspection, you quickly understand what it takes to look luxurious. The lacquer on the lid is uneven, and the silver metal edge is uneven and badly curled. Looks like they just gave up after struggling to apply the finish. The…
