Complaints about these pots reflect a lack of knowledge about the care of this cookware, I have had no problems with mine, take the precautions guaranteed by the instructions that come with it.

I give it three stars because the quality is great but I have a gas stove and this is the first time I've used a pot that bubbles. the underside and will damage the paint. Too bad for the price. I feel like the paint should be more durable than this one. But apart from this beautiful set.

Received yesterday. Used a 2 liter saucepan to boil water over low/medium heat. The enamel has already chipped and is falling off. It's garbage! Contacting Rachel Ray and customer service will not refund for damage and warranty claim takes 9-12 weeks to replace IF they find it defective. So I lost over $100 on junkware that doesn't last up to 1 use.

These pots are not very high quality. The pan in particular is of poor design as the bolts that hold the handle to the pan are exposed on the inside of the pan making food and sand difficult to clean. The non-stick coating comes off in pieces after just a year of use, although I've never used metal utensils or abrasive cleaners on it. I've already thrown that pan away, and the rest will come soon.

TWO stars for two reasons. Amazing non-stick coating in pots/pans. The handles are some of the best of any pan I've owned. The outer lining is unusable and has started to fade after several hand (not machine) washes. Now if we wipe it with a rag, the whole cloth will turn red. I tried to get meaningful conversions with customer service. useless. I was hoping to purchase medium quality items at an average price. Will never buy a Rachel Ray product again.

Beautiful and inexpensive. I knew if I paid 115 for a set of pots and pans I would get a good set but I had high hopes after reading the reviews.
