Problems Urinating: Cats

I feel so guilty for switching my cat to this brand. Not only did he not like the taste, but shortly after we swapped places he got urine crystals! Be very careful when feeding this food to your cat and be aware of any problems that may arise after introducing this food! I would not recommend this brand at all.

Contains corn - Disappointed

I bought this for my newly adopted cats with digestive issues and bought it because the description says 'no ground corn'. However, corn gluten is the third ingredient. I would have sent it back but my cat tore open the package and ate something. unfortunately, shortly after eating, he developed digestive problems, which caused me to look for chicken and rice food in the first place!

MAKES MY CATS SICK to eat

I kept buying this for my cats until the last batch made them nauseous. I have two cats and one has an iron stomach and even threw up 3 times a day! Like an excited cat mom, I started the elimination process by changing food, and the same day I changed it, the vomiting stopped. I examined the food and it seemed a bit greasy to me and I also noticed a few white pieces in the food. BUYER BEWARE, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

Buy Rachel Ray and your cats will pay!

This is my first experience with this brand of dry cat food. After feeding this food to two of my cats, they started throwing away all the kibble about 50% of the time. At first I wasn't sure if it was the food, but after each cat threw up a few portions containing nothing but partially digested Rachel Ray Nutrish Natural dry food, I stopped feeding them. other cats and their owners have the same problem. My recommendation is to avoid this product.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Toxic/will kill your cat

This product nearly killed my two cats (Savannahs), one now with chronic irritable bowel syndrome, both were in the emergency room. I had to give them fluids and 2 enemas each to eliminate them. Now one is always hiding under the bed and they were both healthy, happy, active cats. Costs us thousands of dollars and ongoing health problems. We are devastated. You are only 18 months old. We need a class action lawsuit. Please contact me at 256.682.1965. Let's sue together for our children's health

Pros

  • There are other interesting options.

Don't buy Rachel Ray's food that made my kids sick!

I liked this food until I got a message from my friend that traces of pesticides were found in the food. I started adding 2 and 2 together 3 out of 4 of my pets with gut issues. In December my 10 year old beagle got gastrointestinal problems, took her to the vet because the dog inhaling the food wouldn't eat. Then just before the food report came out my 3 year old beagle was so sick she couldn't even move, I thought she was going to die, she dug a hole in the backyard and lay in it. Luckily, my

Pros

  • Some little things

We love this cat food. Many, many moons ago, when I was a young man and just starting out, I bought the cheapest cat food because it was all I could afford. I won't name names, just "Cats were called by their names". Anyway, they were sick all the time. So I found better options through Purina, Friskies, 9 Lives etc. Years later we and some other cats started having problems with these 'best' brands too. Diarrhea, blood in stools, vomiting, etc. On a whim, I decided to try a diet change before…

  • Everything is fine!
