Once I figured out how to use them properly, they worked great! This was my first experience with a rack or cage nut. I tried them on outside first and quickly realized they wouldn't hold enough weight. As soon as I moved them in, it became clear how they work properly. If they included a picture of correct usage it would be very helpful for newbies like me. All in all, if I needed more, I would buy them again.
