Description of Crushed Square Raco 915C Device

Raco exposed work covers include required hardware for mounting the receptacle(s). Raco exposed work covers meet the requirements of the 2008 NEC Article 250.146 (A). No bonding jumper is required for covers with (1) crushed corners (2) two or more device attachment screws and (3) a lock washer or equivalent. Hardware and cover are packed in a poly-bag printed with catalog number, compliances and installation instructions.

Good socket cover for a commercial kitchen

We have sockets about 60cm from the sink and we wanted to replace two double sockets with GFCI. Socket and duplex cable. These covers did their job. They come with socket mounting screws but not corner screws.

Exactly what I needed

This cover is exactly what I needed. I have now installed my WEMO light switch in an outdoor switch box. As another reviewer mentioned, it was very difficult to find this cover after searching on Revain. Good quality and fast delivery.

Pros
  • Covers with (1) chamfered corners, (2) two or more screws to attach the device, and (3) locking washer or similar do not require a connecting bridge

Good product but not that hard to find

This is exactly what I needed and it fits perfectly. However, it was extremely difficult to find on Revain. I had to select something similar from the products that the search returned and then scroll through all the similar products listed multiple times before I found it. And yes, I used the right search terms.
