SHARP AND LOVE THE LOOK!

It does what it's supposed to do very well. Some have complained that it's not dishwasher safe, but I wouldn't put a knife in the dishwasher so that's not a problem. I will check out their other knives because I am really impressed with the sharpness and cool look of the knife. I have no idea how long it lasts unless other customers rave about it, I've only had it a few weeks. Incredibly cheap for a great, well-made knife. Love it!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Negative gift

Works great, just ask my left index finger. . . .

Yes, it's spicy. It glides easily through tomato skin and human skin. Double hollow bottom for straight cuts without offset. In fact, it's not biased at all in what it cuts. This is a great knife but be careful with it. Oh yes, it has an aluminum handle, so don't wash it in the dishwasher. You must wash it by hand. Whatever you do, don't throw it in muddy water and don't go fishing. He will be below. . . . . waiting for you

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Nothing here

RADA serrated knife is much better than RADA tomato slicer

I have been using Rada paring knives for many years because of the price and just came across the serrated tomato slicer. I'm glad I'm done with this new find of garden tomatoes this season. It's better than slicing tomatoes with Rada paring knives. The shiny silver pins will fade over time as will the blades so I just buy new ones. If anyone can point me to a better option for this price I will try. But right now I couldn't be happier.

Pros
  • steep
Cons
  • too blunt

Sharpen your love life

I was at the city festival, I think about 15 years ago. One of the sellers sold these knives and I bought this one. My wife looked at me. Looks. Actually it was 5 dollars. 5 dollars. Brought it home and sat down. She wouldn't use that stupid knife. I love tomatoes, she hates them. I used it on my tomatoes it worked fantastic I loved it but mom. Then one day it was time to make some jalapenos for Tuesday's tacos and this knife found my wife's hand. Since then she's been using it almost every…

The best tomato knife I've ever had!

I am the chef in our family and work in the kitchen every day with fresh fruit and vegetables. I'm also very picky when it comes to choosing dishes. After all, with so much time you're spending groceries, you want the best tools (at a reasonable price, of course). My wife and I love fresh tomatoes, and any seasoned cook knows that tomato skins pose a particular challenge for kitchen knives. You don't want to mash or mash a ripe tomato. You want something that will cut through the shell easily…

Pros
  • also understandable for the old ones
Cons
  • color is not required

I usually want to make all the cuts with a chef's knife. Sometimes I use my paring knife, bread knife or butcher knife, but that's about it. I don't like big sets of knives, and I especially don't like knives that are designed for a specific use only. They aren't usually needed and it's best to just keep the chef's knife sharp and lower the technique. This knife is a particular exception. It's only ideal for tomatoes, peppers, and other delicate foods, but for those foods it's perfect. This is…
