Best prepare now in Radiation Safety Articles

This is my second radiation detector. Put the first one at home. I wear this second one as an EDC. I am the captain of an international airline. I carry a radiation detector with me so I know how much radiation I've absorbed while flying the polar route. After many flights, I discovered that the radiation does not actually depend on latitude, but on altitude. In fact, the higher the altitude of the aircraft, the more radiation we are exposed to. I suggest everyone try to get a radiation…

Overall good but not without expectations.

I just bought this item. I can't judge the long-term reliability yet. I would like to make some comments about this product for future buyers. First of all, I tried out an expensive professional model and got a few key data. Overall I find this product sensitive and gives stable readings. The good thing is that it only checks a narrow range of 0.059.99 µSv/h which is good enough for everyday use because when it reaches 1 µSv/h it shows low radiation and says nothing above 9.99 µSv/ off. H. For…

i really like it This is my second Radex product (also .

I really like it. Radioactive incident. I've had great results and reliability with my RD 1212 so buying another Radex product wasn't a gamble for me. RD 1503 Similar to my RD1212 in that both read current values in µS/h as their main function. The differences are that the 1503 also has a dosimeter function which I really like. Also the 1503 has the ability to read mR/h oh, then I didn't know when I bought it and it was a pleasant surprise. At the same time, the readings differ only by 0.02 +/…

Pros
  • Radiation Protection Accessory
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
