YUP! Buy it - wheels

Best purchase this year for our mate. This is a little 2 year old who loves his new bike and hits the road like his older brothers. It's well made, looks just like it should and my little boy feels like a rock star in it :) He's very small for his age and it's the perfect size.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Useless features

EXCELLENT First Bike

These Striders are the BEST way to bypass training wheels and even help your 2 year old balance and ride a bike properly. The natural process of using their legs and balancing themselves helps them drive independently. Got this for a 2 year old grandson and within a week he was already pushing, balancing and sliding (a little) without touching his feet. Soon we'll buy him a bike with pedals and get rid of training wheels altogether. And he LOVES the bell.

Pros
  • Handsfree

Would do it again!

We bought this for our niece and I am more than happy with the quality. I wanted a balance bike with real tires that would grow with my child. As an OT practitioner, I think very carefully about the gifts I give, especially to children; this Radio Flyer balance bike has tested all my therapist boxes! It took husband 10 minutes to assemble I'm so glad we chose this gift and can't wait to see how it helps our niece develop her balance and coordination skills as she grows!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Weight

It really works! on wheels

Outstanding quality; great looking bike. My four year old son is crazy about it and is already balancing 10 feet at a time. I've found that a lot of people I talk to don't know what an impeller is. In case you don't know, a balance bike is just a regular bicycle with no pedals. Children who can't write a bicycle quickly learn how to balance, and when they are big enough, they can pedal bike during the day. I used this method on my daughter and removed the petals from her first bike after sheโ€ฆ

If you have it, you have it!

After looking at the ridiculous prices of other wheels I found that this one is in an amazing price range for something I wasn't sure about. It was a birthday gift for my almost 3 year old. Given about a month ago. fly this thing. It took him a while to get comfortable, but in his true form he really started to travel two months into the excitement. Now he's starting to move and I can't keep up with him. I assume that if we buy him his first real bike he will never need training wheels. Theโ€ฆ

Great training bike!

This bike is easy to assemble and well made. The seat and handlebars are adjustable to quickly change their height when the lever is released. My 4 year old daughter is very tall for her age (about 44 inches tall) and this bike in the highest position is too small for her. I wish they were a little bigger for big kids. Otherwise, it helps her balance well in preparation for the big girl's bike. This is what all kids should start with after a tricycle instead of a small bike with trainingโ€ฆ

Easy assembly and reinterpretation of the classic children's toy

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew, he is tall for his age and it was still too big for him but I think the packaging says 2 55 Years. In spring when the weather is nice, it will be the perfect size for her, so mom and dad were happy for an early birthday present. Love the fact that it's now a thing and a great alternative to the trike and teaches kids balance and makes it easier for them to transition to a real bike as they get older. In some cases I've heard of kids skipping trainingโ€ฆ
