RadioShack VHS Rewinder RadioShack® Videotape Review

I believe this unit is defective. It doesn't turn off or open the lid every time after the rewind is complete. Only now and then. I want to replace this block as it is not working as advertised. Please send me a replacement and a return label and I will ship this unit back to you.

Bought two of these rewinders. I was very disappointed when one take up machine stopped working after rewinding two VHS tapes and the second take up machine stopped working after rewinding twenty VHS tapes. I opened the first rewinder and found refurbished parts inside! There was glue everywhere and some wires were twisted like someone was trying to connect them. I didn't have time to return this junk. DO NOT BUY THESE REWINDERS!

Bought in March, it worked on about 3 cassettes (I switched to make sure it wasn't a cassette after the next one didn't rewind) but after the first time the rewind seemed a bit slow. used it. I packed it for a return but hesitated and missed the 30 day return period. I guess I'll have to buy another one, but I guess next time I'll just go to Radio Shack.
