RAIDBOXES Review

This company is very transparent and easy to deal with. They make all the aspects of hosting very easy. They have a very good tech team and the support is fast and on a higher level. They don't have a very good control of the VPS but if you have a very big VPS and you have a server with more than 10 VPS's you don't have to worry. But sometimes the control panel can be very annoying. Try to have a VPS with a good amount of ram if you have the time. RAIDBOXES is definitely a company you can count

The customer support is excellent, they are always willing to help us with any issues we have or questions about how their service works in general (how things work behind-the scenes). They also offer great tutorials for new users of Wordpress/Woocommerce who need some guidance getting up & running quickly without having too much technical knowledge required beforehand - which means less time spent figuring stuff out as opposed from just jumping right into it once set everything else aside :) I

Great support, great service delivery in general - always helpful when I need them to solve any issue or help me with anything at all regarding my account/hosting etc., super fast response times from their team members that are available 24x7 (which is very important for us!). Nothing really stands out about this provider as far as being not-so good customer experience goes but if it was something negative then we would definitely have noticed by our own research before signing up here :)…

That this is an excellent platform for my business, I have been using it since 2012 as well with no problems at all in that time span of 3 years or so (which isn't too long). The support team are always willing to help out when needed which makes life easier than ever before!! Not much really but they do offer 1-2 day free trial period if need be - not sure why there's such thing? But once again great product/service from them. Nothing bad about raidboxes services either would recommend 100%…
