Do not buy. Suitable for nozzles and brushes

Terrible product. It leaks because there is no gasket holding the two parts together. If this were a real replacement, it would be one piece of plastic, not two. Disappointed is putting it mildly.

Works great - vacuum and floor care

As I know the model this part replaces is no longer sold/produced the item has been cleaned very well. It fits just as well as the original basin, which died a horrible death when it fell onto a concrete patio after the water spilled.

DO NOT BUY! BROKEN! DREADFUL!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I'm so unsatisfied! I vacuumed ONCE after getting the replacement and it broke! Looks like glue held it together. I'm so mad I spent $50 on it and it broke. Dirty vacuum cleaner water all over my carpet. Dreadful!

That's great! on investments

18 years ago I got to know Rainbow vacuum cleaners. I've heard stories from people who have had them for 20-30 years. I was so impressed that I sold them for a while to earn one. Has worked flawlessly for 18 years. The nail recently cracked and we were unable to repair it. I'm so glad parts are easy to come by and my system still runs like new. I expect it will outlive me.

Rainbow vacuum tank works great

Was the tank swap cheap? No! This is for the Rainbow vacuum cleaner. This vacuum cleaner is not cheap. Did it work great? Yes! My kid ran my Rainbow without water and the original tank melted. After I stopped crying I went to Revane to see if there was a replacement. Hallelujah, that was it. And as far as the cost of replacing the tank compares to the cost of a full vacuum, it's cheap. It is the same as the original. I am happy, the child is happy that I did not have to ground him for a year…

Requires accessory replacement

My Rainbow Water Tank was the unfortunate victim of my own tantrum and broke in two places (not even mad about the vacuum, I was crazy about the other unit). Since this is my only vacuum cleaner, I was in dire need of a new tank. Unfortunately with COVID this was not seen as an urgent matter. In the meantime, there was a lot of sweeping (and sneezing). The new reservoir fits my vacuum perfectly and I'm catching up like crazy. Highly recommend if you throw your own tantrum and ruin your water…
