I ordered a set of five, one I couldn't remove the nut. Ordered a replacement today, let's see how long it takes. In the meantime, my project is dead in the water.

Buying a pack of 6 means you're paying a little more than a comparable bulk plastic bulkhead fitting. These devices are really top notch. I will order more soon.

Great product! The bulkhead was used in a Plexiglas tank design hole just over 1 inch in diameter. Comparable PVC bulkheads are $15 at local hardware stores. It's much nicer quality, food grade 304 stainless steel and a perfect seal with a 1/2 inch PVC plug.

I needed to add a drain fitting to my overflow bucket so I could direct the overflow to various trees in the yard using an old garden hose. These worked great with my 3/4 inch brass (US GHT standard) garden hose fittings and they were a decent price. Many years (and years) ago I could not find them anywhere; They are a blessing and I would recommend them to anyone who collects liquids and needs to drain them elsewhere. They are well made and versatile.
