I've been using it for a few months and I want to say that I like it better than the YETI branded cap/straw. The lid fits the jar better than the YETI brand and the addition of straw cleaner is just great. Even with just black cold beer, the straw clogs a little inside. I definitely recommend trying this instead of the original YETI brand.

After using the lid I noticed that the plastic tie around the lid curled up and prevented the lid from seating properly in the cup and after about a week it broke the plastic band completely when I removed the lid. I struggled to get it back, in the end I gave up and just bought a Yeti brand replacement cap. This NEVER happened to the original Yeti cover even after months of washing and use.

I love having a straw for my Ozark thermos (Wal-Mart brand, cheapest on the market, works just as well). The lid doesn't sit flush with the rim due to the gasket, but the gasket works great so that's not a problem. The straw is thicker but the no single use plastic is great! The cleaner is handy and I can use it on other rubber water bottle mouthpieces too. Overall great quality and I would buy again.

Straw too short. I don't know if it's airtight, but the overall height of the straw is 8.75 inches and the strip goes right under the lid. To drink from a straw on a 30-ounce yeti with this straw and cap combo, you have to bang your nose on the cap. So I looked through the description and reviews and couldn't find anything about how tall the straw is. So now you know. Too short. And that's why I bought this thing. So annoying.

This lid and straw is of fantastic quality. I bought these for a 30oz New Style Rtic glass. However, this lid will fit all of our other jars, but NOT the new Rtic style. This is NOT the sellers fault as they failed to state that they fit New Rtic.
