Great hob to match hobs

Great hob never had a problem. As a safety feature, each burner has a thermocouple, if the burner goes out the gas will shut off. Some people complain about the way the burners burn, all you have to do is hold the burner button down for a few more seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and stay open, this is normal. A great feature that most hobs don't have.

UNSURE 2 years later

I bought this product in February 2017 and after a series of problems with this product, such as replace this product and possibly cut a new hole due to the non-standard size of the product into the worktop. It also seems that customer service for this product is very slow, possibly waiting 24 hours for a call back.

Inlet fitting not as described

Looks good but the fittings are not as described. There is no regulator. No 1/2" NPT inlet. Bought twice because the first broke during installation. Firstly, no regulator came with it. Emailed seller and one was sent to have it removed. Ordered another and the same situation - no regulator and a welded inlet fitting For this to work safely it needs exactly what the description says - a "1/2” NPT inlet and regulator.” Neither of these were present in 2 brewhouse plates I ordered .

Setup was generally pretty easy. The problem after installation was big.

Bought to replace a 40 year old Gaggenau hob as a quick fix before a kitchen remodel. The connection from the 1" throttle to the 1" inlet nipple seems very loose and I had to wrap it tightly with yellow teflon tape. Overall, the installation was pretty easy. The problem after installation was the large burner. The inner ring doesn't burn, only the outer one. Is there a simple solution to this problem?
