Built-in 2012 Jeep JK 4-door + stabilizer bar

weekend trip 60km. The shock came 1 week early which is AMAZING! Installation was easy. The only issue I had was excessive mention of front left installation or screw access issues. A simple saw cuts an overlap from the fuse box! Buy again, wait and see if the budget lift holds up.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • cable shorter than other options

Fits my 12 JK 2dr Rubi with 3.5 " RC lift

Arrived on time, great price. Replaced Rough Country shocks with 3.5 inch lift with 80 kml. Still a smooth ride, but a lot less diving under braking or squatting at takeoff. Now I can say that the other dampers were more worn than I thought, maybe even a bit dangerous. If I drive that many miles, I'll buy them again. So far, so good.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Very expensive

My second set of shocks

I've installed them on a Dodge Dakota before and they really improved the drivability. I fitted this kit to my 2014 Jeep JKU which has a 1.5" to 2" alignment kit. Front and back were numbered. Now the Russian Federation was no longer having fun. Worst of all, you can't use the included top poly case because it's too thick. I had to use an old bushing which luckily was in good condition. They seem to be doing well. Looking back, I'll probably use Mopar next time.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • No Power

Only received rear shock absorbers

Only received rear shock absorbers, it would be nice to be notified if front and rear came separately but I still don't know. Received the Front 2 in a few days. It would be ok if someone let me know. They're little better than 13 year old OEMs with 130,000 miles on them. The only reason I ordered them was because I figured I could pay for them through 6 month payments even if it screwed up. Almost done with Prime.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Some minor things

Excellent shock absorbers for the money

First I sanded the shock absorbers because I didn't like the white color. I painted them a dark steel color and then covered them with clear coat. Installation was easy, only issue was we painted the threads white so the nuts are REALLY difficult for us to install. Also, the front passenger side shock absorber has very little space, I had to break some of the plastic apart from this super easy installation. Didn't use the elevator and it took about 1 hour. They feel way better than the factory…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Compatibility

Not worth buying even at this price

The part number on the factory sealed boxes was correct and fitted but one box had contacted the wrong shock seller, received the correct shock within 5 days. little difference to 10 year old OEM shock absorbers. UPDATE: The shocks have been used less than 4 months and are worse than the 10 year old OEM shocks. I used to ride the jeep a lot, 2 or 3 times a week during the snow season. I always washed the shock absorbers and tried to keep the beautiful red and white colour. It does not matter…
