Very low volume. I entered many addresses that the GPS cannot find. RND McNally is a big name but the product isn't updated.

Small GPS navigator but a great tool for anyone starting out in the trucking industry and don't have the budget to buy a bigger one

how can gps module lose power when plugged in? The charge indicator is on, but during my ride I get a warning that the battery level is less than 20%. This is my second Rand McNally device and I am very disappointed.

Rand McNally, looks like we've lost that fine line of convenience . One version is too big and the other a bit small. Find the middle way. GREAT TOOL! Size versus value is missing here.

Very difficult to see speed and time, it's like my #1 in GPS. There's too much on the screen. The sound from the speaker is also difficult to hear. I'm glad I bought it from Amazon so it was so easy to return it.

Third Rand McNally GPS . I really like this one. The navigation is pretty easy to use and also very easy to change on the go if needed. Easier to set up and program than previous models. The downside is it's harder to hear, but I have an older, noisier truck and the power button can be finicky after turning the unit off overnight. I've also found that turning it off overnight seems to extend battery life and improve charging port performance.
