Ranger products are beautiful

Ranger products are ALWAYS well made and beautiful. If you ever have a problem they will usually help you if they can. Remember that we buy craft materials to use. It's not worth buying them to sit idle on the shelf for years.

Pros
  • Spray water to mix color and create a mottled effect
Cons
  • No car

We couldn't spray the sprayer properly because it...

We couldn't adjust the sprayer because it had a plastic cover on the opening and we couldn't remove it. So it just leaked out from under the plastic cover and splattered everywhere we didn't want it. :(

Pros
  • Made in USA
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Poor paint performance

Ranger Distress Stain has a 3 year shelf life according to the VP who responded to my inquiry. I wondered how some of the colors in the bottle had changed. I replaced my old, discolored stains and happily promoted my art projects until I realized some of the new products were changing color before my eyes. BOO Ranger for this product. FYI, the markers did the same thing, which is why they're in the trash.

Pros
  • Spray directly onto porous surfaces for quick and easy paint coverage
Cons
  • Price to bust a piggy bank
