Black paint couldn't work. White ended up working for about 2 minutes. I had a set before so I know how to deal with that but it was hopeless. I love Diane's stuff, but come on Ranger, great idea, terrible product.

White worked twice and kept the flap. I watched all the videos and followed the instructions and nothing, the paint doesn't flow. The white oozed from the tip of the pen and hit everything, I will never buy this pain again. I bought two sets black and white. White doesn't work at all, black works only marginally. I will never buy again.

This is my second set of these pens. Revain was kind enough to send me a second set when the first white pen didn't work and leaked everywhere. I got a second one, it worked a bit, I didn't use it for about a week, went to use it, it didn't work, and then the tip started leaking all over the place again. I know it's confidential but I've reviewed all the videos and made sure I'm not abusing them. The rest works, just white. Find a different kind of white pen! Don't waste money on them.

I've bought too many sets of these black and white pens to count. I threw away tons of them. When they work, they're amazing, but they don't last long. The tip only fails before I've used 20% of the paint. There is clearly something wrong with the design. The colored ones work better, probably because I use them a lot less, but I've tried four or five of them and they just don't work. The problem is that every other thin drawing pen is even worse.

White works. It took about 15 minutes to refill the pen. Black worked once and never again. The reviews weren't great so I researched You Tube and watched Dian Reveley's video on how to use them. Previous buyers were right, these pens are junk. As an aside, I really wanted colored pencils, but from my own experience, you don't need pencils. Spray a small amount of ink on your drawing sheet and use a water brush. This does the same. You can mix colors, saving you money.
