Best applied with pencils

Difficult to spread, very expensive lipstick for lips that are difficult to blend. I bought it to test in an art magazine...I didn't need it. I thought it would be more of a cream pastel. No, crayons look awful BUT that doesn't mean someone else won't like them.

Pros
  • Colored pencils
Cons
  • Some mistakes

Creamy, pigmented and shiny!

The sticks are creamy and heavily pigmented after drying. I'm deducting a star because I don't like the effect of adding water. You can see in the silver image that the entire area was not blended or completely filled in, but rather some of the pigment was removed to create a slight blur beyond where the dry pigment was placed. I'll experiment a little more to see if I can get a darker area that blends better, but a lighter fill will be nice.

Pros
  • Drawing tools
Cons
  • Don't know

Use for drawing. в Painting, Drawing and Crafts

I love these "crayons". You don't use them like regular crayons. Here are some of Tom Holtz's great, versatile products. Draw a few lines on the non-stick mat. Use a brush and a tiny drop of water. Mix and use to draw. I mainly use mine to "color" some of my paper crafts. I don't use it to cover large areas but I think you could. Leaves a watercolor effect. There are many different color sets. They last a long time.

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Little Things
