Decent picture quality

My son turned this into a little retro console by attaching one of his Raspberry Pis to the back, which was really cool. It's not a high-resolution screen, but he likes it because old games seem better to him. It doesn't have a touchscreen, but it's relatively cheap. He did it and got it up and running in less than an hour. All in all, this is a good budget Raspberry Pi monitor.

Great little touch screen!

Use this with a Raspberry Pi 4 B. The touchscreen can be USB powered. However, from what I've read, it's best to do this with a powered USB hub. Or use the included power cord. The accompanying booklet has instructions on how to adjust the screen height, as the Pi goes below the floor by default. Making this change is easy. It's good if he wants to behave.

I seem to have a defect. The screen randomly loses power and flickers, but the connected Pi experiences no noticeable loss of performance. If not for this 5/5.

A touchscreen option would make this ideal

This was triggered to show status updates for the remote home assistant. It's basically a regular non-touch IPS monitor configured with a Raspberry Pi 4. It was easy to put together, including adding a camera. The only downsides are the occasional fan bounce that requires fine tuning of the fan backplate (see video), the power supply that sticks out on the side - so if you want to hang/wall mount it you'll have to deal with that. and there is no easy way to replace SD card image files. Bright, rich color, comfortable.

Bright, excellent viewing angles, works well, everything fits. Most Raspberry Pi screens have an open frame with mounting screws. That's great if you want to embed them into something else, but what if you just want a Pi with a screen? My Pi booted up and displayed images in about 5 minutes. My only real gripe is that the Pi 4 doesn't have access to the second mini HDMI port. The two ports are right next to each other and there aren't any. enough space for another cable. Maybe if you open it up

It's worth it in my rating.

Excellent goods. Bought to use with Raspberry Pi. The touch function is very responsive. Good sound quality. Robust construction. No complaints.
