Used them to travel rough terrain in a POD storage container. My stuff arrived safe and sound and those ratchet straps did the trick! If you're moving and need to protect your belongings, that's great! We recommend!

Sure you get a lot of straps for the money, but these straps are almost useless to me. The hooks are not curved enough and tend to slip off their attachment points too easily. The eyelet of the hook is also not welded, so the strap cannot be fed through the hole. These cheap straps cost me $300 to damage the load I was carrying when 3 of the 4 straps came loose. Next time I will spend more for better quality belts.

My husband has had no problems using these belts. We strapped our washer and dryer, our refrigerator and all our bedding (including our kids) and all our boxes into a moving truck and drove all the way from Florida to Pennsylvania with no problems, nothing ever slowed down, no belts were damaged . and still in place when we left it. This is a super great buy, we bought about 2 packs. So strong, I love them, I recommend them to everyone.

In exchange for saving a few bucks I received a poorly sealed box not suitable for such a heavy package, and an odor that smells like 3 days still pervades our apartment. I've kept them in front of a window with a fan blowing the stench outside for over 72 hours, but they still smell. I recommend something already detoxified. They appear to work well and are too expensive to return. Wouldn't buy a second time.
