The mold is also easy to clean, saving time and effort. The only drawback is that it only produces eight raviolis at a time, so for large groups, it may take a while to assemble. This is a replacement purchase. I've been using this form since the 1980's. My favorite lobster ravioli. I made cheese and other toppings. Use only a little flour so the pasta dough doesn't stick to the pan.
