Resistance doesn't seem as high as what I bought years ago

Resistance doesn't seem as high as something I bought years ago that I've worn out. The hose is very long so you'll need plenty of room to use it if you mount it to a clothes rail at shoulder height like I did.

Pros
  • exercises, workouts and instructions included
Cons
  • Secret

Nice rubber band

We liked the idea of this band because it's one of the few with a baseball on the end. Makes it comfortable for players to relax their elbows and shoulders. So far this has worked well. Used by a 15 year old student, the resistance is good. It's not difficult, but it does the job.

Pros
  • Strong rubber band with baseball and snap hook
Cons
  • Some bugs

Great for bullpen and pitching practice

Bought for my 15 year old son. A freshman in high school and plays for the touring teams. Ideal for warming up the shoulders and arms before serving and strengthening the shoulders between starts. The reason it's so much better than regular resistance bands is that it also engages the small muscles in your hand and forearm that are involved in gripping and throwing a baseball.

Pros
  • Composite/Plastic
Cons
  • Can't remember
