Rayovac hybrid battery charger

This charger is perfect for Rayovac batteries. It has indicator lights that show the charge level. I like the old style better than the red LEDs as they turn off when charging is complete. This changes the display (continuous flashing). Batteries get very hot when charging, but this is normal. Rayovac batteries are super batteries. Since then, this technology has become obsolete. I believe that Eneloop Panasonic batteries and smart chargers will replace this technology. The hybrid AA batteries have lasted so far (2019) and I'm using them fairly heavily again now for my EDC flashlight. There is nothing wrong with the batteries and even after 12
