☕6 Smart Presets: With six smart preset temperatures, perfectly heated water is only one press away. Choose 160°F for white tea, 175°F for green tea, 185°F for black tea, 190°F for oolong tea, 200°F for brewing coffee, or a rolling boil for herbal and pu-erh tea. ☕Memory Function: No need to fire the kettle up each time you need a fresh cup. If you lift the kettle up and set it back down within 2 minutes it will automatically go back to maintaining the temperature you set. ☕Fast Boiling: A full 1.7 L of 32°F water can be heated to a rolling boil in less than 7 minutes. Smaller amounts and warmer temperatures will make the heating go even faster. ☕Keep Water Warm: Your kettle will maintain the temperature for up to 2 hours if you activate the keep warm function. After 2 hours without use the kettle will automatically power off and go back to room temperature. ☕Super Safe Protection: The kettle will automatically stop heating once it reaches the target temperature. If the kettle runs out of water the dry boil function will automatically engage to shut the kettle off to prevent overheating and burning.

I love the temperature control.

This large kettle boils water faster than any other kettle I've owned. It also has a digital readout on the front so you can see when it's reached your desired temperature. The plus and minus buttons help you to set the desired temperature. It looks nice and smooth. I would like the Start/Cancel button to be a bit larger as it tends to blend in with other buttons too much. The base is not fixed as expected and can slip when I put the pot down. The "Reheat" button is a good option, but I rarely…

Superb High Quality Kettle

I am impressed with this kettle. The materials used in production feel durable and also harmonize wonderfully with each other. I love the size (comparable to my 12 liter coffee pot!). The inner cylinder is made of real stainless steel and transfers the heat to the water quickly and efficiently. From time to time I swap my coffee for a cup of hot tea. But digging out the kettle and waiting on the stovetop for it to boil can sometimes be more trouble than it's worth. Very stylish kettle

Very nice teapot, I tell you! It's very modern and I like it. Boils faster and hotter than any other kettle I've had! Makes great tea. However, I removed a star because there is a small gap where your skin can get stuck on the part of the handle where the outer plastic handle appears to be glued. I'm not sure if I just got a defective one. Love the keep warm function although I wish you could set it to keep warm without it already being boiled - the main reason I wanted this function is because
