Waterproof glossy PVC coated shell with a lightweight ripstop interior. Features a tuck away hood that easily zips into collar and integrated leash access. Squared back for more haunch coverage and no chest panel for optimal fit. Fully reversible; 1 coat, 2 colorful ways. Size 22 measurements: Length of 22 inches, Girth between 25-31 inches.

I love this raincoat from the Cold Weather Coats collection

I love this coat. Not too bulky and has no fleece that can get wet (and never dry out in Oregon). Cons: I wish the velcro wouldn't rub against the dog's tummy when you flip it over to use on the plain (less noisy) side. The hood is unusable and difficult to fold back into the collar. I wish it was detachable.
