RCA 25214 1 Handset Landline Telephone Review

speaker so bad I stopped using it after a week. The microphone is literally hidden under solid plastic. They had to drill a hole for the sound to reach the microphone. Worst phone for work.

Works very well for me in my office. They are very attractive and have great value. The speakerphone also works well. I have three. It's a strictly rigid system, so no amount of signal trying to reach it will cause much RF in your environment. There is a model that adapts to cordless phones and looks identical. However, I did not want this.

Good phone. The speaker and microphone are surprisingly good. I use it for my business and as long as I don't wander too much it works fine. My cheap headset was useless so I bought the Voistek Call Center for $30 and it's good for business calls too. I'm only using the most basic features, so I can't comment on how well it handles multiple lines, saves numbers, voicemail (people still use the VM) or whatever.

ATTENTION! This phone will NOT work with the RCA 25065RE1 wireless headset. Sometimes shown as "Sold Together" but they are not compatible. The quality of this phone is not too high. The volume wobbles, it works: very quiet, quiet, almost normal, then so loud that it's super distorted and you don't understand anything. There's a wired headphone jack, but it's recessed. I've had my mobile phone for half a year and I'm disappointed. I needed a good full duplex speakerphone so we wouldn't talk to each other at work conferences.
