Great phone for the price BUT >>

I love this phone, can't find the price (HOW CAN YOU PUT A SMARTPHONE ON THIS OFFER?) And I would put the STARS higher if not that The case included is flimsy at best compared to what my wife has on her expensive iPhone that my son and sister-in-law gave her through their family plan. And the already attached screen protector going on it is not scratched, not scratched, stable. Just using a suitable microfiber cloth to clean the screens left scuff marks and scratches on first use. UPDATE: I have sent another request to RCA Mobile's website, this time stating that I have encountered a problem with their device. It seemed to get her attention. [They said my previous requests ended up in the spam folder.] Your sender address was the Wix website, as was the email domain. They asked if my device was damaged or dropped. I explained that no. Not for Cricket Wireless and these are two reviews of two different phones RCA

The phone itself is a regular Android device but as Cricket Wireless have changed their networks it will not work on this carrier. If you are using Cricket Wireless and insert your SIM card into this phone, this phone line will be disabled.
