UPDATE: I have sent another request to RCA Mobile's website, this time stating that I have encountered a problem with their device. It seemed to get her attention. [They said my previous requests ended up in the spam folder.] Your sender address was the Wix website, as was the email domain. They asked if my device was damaged or dropped. I explained that no. Instead I told them the battery would not stay connected to the three pins of the connector. This is a design flaw. I told them I solved the problem by attaching a strip of filament to the bottom of the battery, which provides an extra millimeter of length/pressure that makes and completes the electrical circuit. They offered to replace the device and asked me to send them the one I bought. They asked me to remove my Revain review. I declined. I don't think their replacement will not have the same issue that my 1 star peers had as detailed here. The phone now works with the Tape/Thread fix. But I wouldn't trust it to work when I need it. I hope RCA Mobile investigates this and resolves the issue on future devices. PREVIOUS POST: 91GB RAM couldn't handle apps.
