Stopped working after 2 months

worked 2 months and now it doesn't even turn on. No reset or anything like that. I googled and it seems a lot of other people had the same problem. I only had to put a star for the post

Pros
  • understandable even for the old ones
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Poor quality even for an RCA tablet

There is no denying that 7 inch RCA tablets are the lowest quality you could ask for. However, this tablet is absolute junk. I bought it not knowing it was a model made specifically for Walmart. By the time I decided to give up trying to deal with the poor performance and the battery, which sometimes went down to zero in 5 minutes, the return date had already passed. I love my original RCA Voyager for backup, but I bought a Lenovo Tab4 8. If you're Android-loyal like me, this is the way to go…

Battery drains too fast

I've had my RCA Voyager tablet for a few months now and while the hardware and software are great, battery life is a big issue. At first it was a bit more than I expected, but now even connecting to Wi-Fi or plugging in my USB keyboard can drain the battery badly, sometimes dropping it from 95% to 4% in 5 minutes. I cannot recommend this tablet more. RCA used to be one of my favorite brands, but this tablet's performance really damages its reputation.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Almost everything

DO NOT BUY THIS TABLET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! RCA is not a quality company and takes no responsibility for its products. We bought this tablet and it didn't charge with either the included cheap charger or a notoriously good micro USB charger. RCA has refused to make reasonable changes to this newly acquired tablet. They wanted me to send it in for repair and they said it would be 6-8 weeks to get it back. This tablet sucks. THANK YOU RCA FOR MISSING MY SON'S BIRTHDAY AND PROVING THAT YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORTH THE…

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Not bad
