Need more detailed instructions or an English translation

The instructions are written in such a way that it is almost impossible to decipher the correct use, calibration and maintenance of the tester. I think if I had a PhD in English translation, maybe I could better understand the language used to transcribe institutions. I sent mine back without even trying to use the tester.
