I love this speedbag. I didn't think there would be a lot of talk about dublanding, but you can still do normal high-speed pocket movements along with real punches. The only point of criticism are the anchor bolts for the small black cable anchors. These screws are a joke. You can't drill a hole, hammer it and tighten to clamp concrete or wood. I just used the best gear I had on hand.

bag and fastening material seem to be in good condition and have held up without any problems so far. The bag is beautifully stitched, the elastic is thick and durable. The length can be easily adjusted with a Phillips screwdriver. He even gives you attachments. I attached one end to the ceiling rafter and the other to a block of wood that I nailed to the basement floor (set in cement with a nail hammer).

I like this bag, it's great for a beginner like me, but there is one major downside - the rubber holding the bag breaks and falls apart. Bought February 23rd and literally fell off a foot of rubber. Make the adjustability 1 foot less than the set. I will contact support because soon everything will fall down due to too many rubber tears.

I have had this item less than a year and it was causing me some problems. Elastic cords are one thing, but the company that sold the product quickly replaced them. I then had a blister problem and again the seller solved the problem by replacing the entire reversible bag. I hope this bag lasts longer but in the end I have to command the seller to do the right thing with me and replace the issues I had with my purchase.

Sending a message to the retailer that the bag will not inflate. I spent a lot of time building and gluing the cables so I didn't want to return them, just the bag. I didn't get any reply from them. I can return everything and start with another product. I like that the laces are adjustable. Update - sent replacement without bag - have to send all parts back again. You can't just send me a bag. Lost an hour attaching the straps, gluing etc. Disappointed
