THE BEST toothbrush. and is still available in the company :).

It amazes me that every dentist I've visited over the years (and I'm not a girl) comments on how well I brush my teeth. and I have always used a FIRM toothbrush and the Reach brand is my favorite. I pray they are still available and I was so happy to find them for sale at Revain. I have never had any problems or loss of enamel when using a stiff brush and unlike many people my age I still have my teeth :).

Ideal for people who really love clean teeth

For those of us who really love clean teeth these are perfect. It seems the rest of the public prefers to brush their teeth with fragile soft brushes that essentially do nothing. While I'm sure dentists love it (good for business), I don't. It's impossible to find anything other than soft and a few medium bristle brushes in my area. Soft = a cotton swab on a stick and your mouth is full of plaque, medium = if you brush your teeth for 30 minutes you can clean those teeth. Hard = Efficient and…

Avoid the Dentist: Manual Toothbrushes

These brushes will help you avoid going to the dentist. I have been using hard toothbrushes for many years and brush once a day when I wake up in the morning. However, my dentist tells me to brush my teeth 3 times a day like before; No, I don't brush 3 times a day, just once. These brushes remove all dirt stuck between the teeth and on their surface. Hard toothbrushes are no longer commercially available so I had to look online for them. I think if we all brushed our teeth with hard…

Finally! The best toothbrushes and accessories for oral care

These have been my favorite toothbrushes of my entire life. I always use very hard bristles and these. I gave 4 stars, firstly because I don't know if they are real reach or not (but who cares) and secondly because I find caps wasteful.

Pros
  • The best in their niche
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

WASTE OF MONEY! Best Oral Care

Boy did I get those toothbrushes wrong! I naively wrote a review before using them, assuming they would be the same Reach toothbrushes I've ordered in the past. NOT CORRECT! They are without a doubt the worst I have ever used. They wear out after a brushing or two, making them INVALID. I started using a new one every other day just to use it up. I hope Revain now offers a different brand of hard toothbrushes; I have not looked yet. DO NOT BUY THESE!

  • Wide Range

I'm a fan / welcome change

I found it a nice change from increasingly weak toothbrush bristles. Felt great with a firmer feeling after brushing my teeth. I'm also a fan of the pen. And I didn't overlook this when ordering (hard to tell from the picture) but each individual toothbrush comes with its own antibacterial cap/toothbrush head mount. And I appreciated it!

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Very expensive

Gums don't bleed when squeezed hard like I do with soft bristles

OMG. Toothbrushes that I remember from my childhood. Those were exactly what I wanted. My teeth are finally clean since I had to switch to soft bristle toothbrushes. He removed all the plaque, the gums didn't bleed from as much pressure as I did with soft bristles. I hated the pen as a kid and still do, but this is an easy fix. Take one of these non-slip X-acto pencil or knife handles and attach it to the handle. My child used hard bristles for the first time in 17 years and was delighted with…

Pros
  • Handle design keeps bristles on tabletop after use
Cons
  • Only available in black

Here's an offer!: Oral Care

These hard bristled toothbrushes that I love but can't usually find come with a handy little protective head brush just in case you have an overactive toilet which releases microscopic E. coli particles into the air when flushed. I know it's tough, right? Well, either the corporate media has come up with a new concern for us and is lining their pockets with it, or this is a real problem that needs addressing. I subscribe to the theory that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and I laugh in
