I like how easy it is for me to use this program. It's very user friendly in my opinion. The only thing about this program I don't really like is that sometimes when you are trying to print something out or look at something online through your computer, it will freeze up and not go anywhere. Great customer support, easy to use interface. Some functions are not very intuitive for newbies (like me). I also don't like the fact that their software doesn't give you an option to make changes after your initial installation.
