Bifocal glasses just right. They are perfect for teaching - constantly switching from looking at the whiteboard/professor to reading a textbook and writing notes. The transition between looking forward and looking down while reading is so natural that I had to consciously look at the book through the top of the lenses to make sure the bifocals were there. I bought Brown Stripe and they are very pretty. You get a 50's daddy look with a modern finish.

I have ordered several pairs of these. My favorite is the brown striped version. Although some of the magnification is applied to a clear lens, it is not a "sticker" as some say. This is the correct acrylic lens. This is typical of standard bifocals that are not lineless. The "ruler" takes some getting used to, but once you've mastered it, it's no longer a problem. I just received these and I can't tell you how much I LOVE them! The bezels are nice enough, the transparent part is clear, and the magnifying glass part is wide enough (the magnifying glass part is a bit smaller than regular mini readers, but wide enough that the line on the side isn't visible with glasses.
