Too much distortion due to the curved lens. I bought two pairs based on the good reviews. I won't be buying any more after they're worn out (and I'm strict about my sunglasses lest they wear out too quickly). I buy cheap plastic readers that are sunglasses and I've tried them because they block more sun from the sides. I'm good at working through a blur that gradually distorts as you look into the corners. I'm still looking for a good pair of non-bifocal readers.

Just received my pair and had to try them. I'm not sure if I should give two or three stars. You exclaim: I love the design and how snuggly and snug it is. Nice feature while driving. But here's the rub. I needed 1.0 for distance and if you're looking straight ahead the focal length is good. However; Where the lens starts to warp just a little, it gets very blurry, so there's no true peripheral vision. I will contact the seller to see if this is just a design or if I received the wrong product.
