I added one of these blocks to my bedside table to get rid of the loose power strip and the need for a USB adapter. The socket block is well made and works as promised. If I had a suggestion for the manufacturer it would be to include a template for cutting the hole. Also, the side flange is less than a quarter inch long. So if your jigsaw cut is slightly off, you'll likely see a gap along the edge. Also, no mounting screws are included, so you may have to run to the hardware store.

Photos state this product is UL Listed "Safety Approved + UL Listed" but have no UL information on the product itself. Reported the issue to Revain.

Although some other customers have had problems with this extension, I haven't had any. I bought two of these, I've been using them for about 2 months with no problems. I don't think I would connect a vacuum or other high traction device to this plug, but it works fine for charging controllers and phones. the cutout is too big. Front and back ok with overcut

You have to leave your phone plugged in for days to fully charge it. The USB ports barely keep it charged evenly. 110v outlets work fine so I have to use a charger to make it work. It could have been a great product (5 stars) if they had used a slightly better quality USB connector, but since I bought it from USB I'm giving it 2 stars.
