Outstanding light output

My living room is as bright as daylight! These lights are the perfect hue of 4000k. Not too blue and not too yellow. They are easy on the eye and dim to a beautiful glow on a digital dimmer. Tilt and pan adjustments are smooth and easy during installation. I had a lamp where the spring fell off in the packaging, easy to put back on and no problem.

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Easy installation and very bright!

Installing these lights is literally as easy as screwing in a new lightbulb. I remove the old CFL bulb and canister and put in these new LED lights. It took me less than 15 minutes to swap out and install 4 of these lights. The light is so bright that my wife asks me to install a dimmer. You are right at 5K. I can only recommend these LED lamps.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Don't wait to check if the install is too late to do anything about it.

Ordered two. Installation will be delayed after the return date. One worked, one shorted out due to an internal problem, which was confirmed by circuit tests. I think I should at least be able to trade for one that works. Will have to order another one against better knowledge to have a matching pair on the ceiling. Doesn't make me confident about long-term performance.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Bad physical design.

The clips on these brackets are very short and blunt, they don't fit well/tightly to the flat ceiling I bought them for. When I called the manufacturer, they told me to put a "trim" around it. Yes, good luck finding the skin, I had to make my own. The lights are bright and work well with an expensive dimmer. However, it is VERY disappointing that they don't fit directly into our new 4 inch cans.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Security

Such short wires to connect to

These are excellent lights. They are very bright and equivalent to 200W incandescent bulbs. You need a dimmer. They fade very low and my client liked them. The only thing I hated about them was that in the junction box the wires to connect to were literally 2 inches long. It's so difficult and annoying that they could have let her a little longer. When you upgrade the light, you need to climb into the hole and make the connection. This is very difficult due to the short wires.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Piggy bank price

Very nice retrofit bulb - good adjustment angles

Ok, for starters I ordered 5000K and received 3000K. I actually ordered two of these, one came right and the other didn't. It was a pain but I will never write a product review due to a shipping error. The product itself works great and the adjustment angle to direct the focus of the light is decent enough. I'm not sure if they really put out 120 watts. This is just my perspective but they don't seem to be much brighter than my 75w 5000k leds. Also, I only paid about 8.00 for the 75W LEDs, not…

Pros
  • E26/27 base, 75W bulb Replacement when using only 10W
Cons
  • Only available in black

Varies by application

I bought three of these and used them for two different jobs. The first was in a kitchen with a sloping roof where I used 2 of them, the other was in front of the fireplace. They did a great job in the kitchen. It was a low ceiling and I pointed it straight down. The beam angle was very wide, about 120 degrees, filling the small kitchen with beautiful light. In front of the fireplace, however, I was not so pleased. The tilt angle is not very large, so it was difficult for me to aim directly at…

Pros
  • Color temperature 3000K dimmable with adjustable round lens
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

from 09/29/17 Seller offered to trade all (22) for another brand they sell. The light was a little less than lumens but with a different type of LED light you can see the difference. The seller stands behind what he sells and got it right despite customer satisfaction. Updated 08/25/17. Today 2 more came out, that's 4 in 1 month. They are rubbish, I don't know what else to say. The customer service was top notch but the product sucks. Customer service upgraded to 3 stars sent me a custom…

Pros
  • FCC, RoHS Compliant, Energy Star Qualified, and ETL Compliant

  • Very Expensive Update
