We are very satisfied! Over the years we've tried several products for our girl Sadie (who barks ugly even though she's cute) and nothing has confused her. On the same day she recognized the shock collar correction and seemed to recognize her behavior and we didn't have to remind her that the postman didn't break into the house haha.

This bark collar is a waste of money. Don't trust good reviews. The package includes an offer to exchange a gift certificate for a good rating. The collar has 5 settings. The only one that works is the "Test" setting, which is so sensitive you barely have to move to activate it. The rest of the settings will never detect my dog barking, even if I yell directly into the microphone. The battery isn't charging anymore and I've only had the collar for a few months. I have found my dogs can still bark a lot before this collar activates and beeps. There are times when my dogs have a few barks, it doesn't do anything at all. Very rarely does it really work with the first bark. I installed them tightly according to the instructions and still no improvement.
