I like this item but you can tell it's cheap. The bristles are cross-cut and will begin to wear out and fall out with frequent use.

The carbon fiber bristles are unevenly cut and very stiff. My first and last attempt at using this junk looked like dragging a rock across a vinyl record. Save your money and paperwork. Avoid like the plague!

At first glance this is the product you are looking for to eliminate static electricity and clean your records. With a silver body and the "Anti-Static" label in big letters, it's easy to fool. It's very cheaply made. The bristles fall out easily. The "Velvet" feels very artificial, like it's made out of some sort of surrogate plastic, and it's also a lot smaller than I expected. This product shouldn't cost more than $10. Wouldn't recommend it.

I have been using the Music Hall Hunt EDA Mark 6 record brush for a long time and am a fan of it. At first glance, this brush and Mark 6 look the same. Hoping this is the case, I ordered one of those cheaper brushes for the secondary player. In short, it's a far cry from a Mark 6.
