Worked great for about a month now it throws and E5 code ever day. No technical support at all once u pay for it your own ur own. DON'T BUY IT. See if they have a tech support before you buy one.

The product leaks. I already did there high altitude adjustment for it. It still.leaks and the customer support just keeps telling me thats a problem in high altitude. I want my money back so I can buy a functional produt.

Works great and only took about 45 minutes to install. Was almost a perfect fit for the hot water heater I pulled out. I’ve had the unit installed for about 4 months now. No complaints. I live in my RV full time and I love the endless supply of hot water.
