Great Disposable Baking Containers

I made some cupcakes for Christmas and they were excellent. After baking, you can push back the sides to access the perfectly shaped cake inside! highly recommended!

Perfect for our Christmas baking

I love that we can bake in a pan and send it on a baking sheet. My best friend and I are baking for 3 days and making gift tins. We've been doing this for 22 years :)

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Sad packaging

These pans cracked in the oven.

I have to use 2 molds for each loaf to keep it from tearing in the oven. I contacted the pastry chef boutique, they said they would help me, but after emailing them again this week I didn't hear a word.

Not all of the molds came out when baking

We bought these last year to make small loaves of Christmas Date Nut Bread as they are so easy to use and make a pretty package when put in Cellophane wrapped and tied with ribbon. But this year several liners came apart during baking (see photo). In most cases we were able to cut off the raised edges and just glue the liner back on. Out of the dozen we baked, we had to fix 3 or 4 I think. The ones that worked turned out well anyway, and using paper instead of pans is a lot more convenient when
