I used to have one of these hair dryers on a stand. It took up too much space and wasn't very durable. I have a bar height dining table with bar stools and it works great. Nice dryer. When I first used it I was very impressed that it dries my hair so quickly. My only complaint is that the material used is really cheap plastic. I really feel like I have to be very careful when opening and closing for fear of damaging it. In general, drying is excellent.

Hair dryer gets very hot I think the value for money is great. The dryer gets very hot, I think it's great value for money. I have locs and my locs are quite long and the bowl is deep which is what I need.

It took me a while to figure out how to lift the hood, it's very easy. Grab both sides at the bottom and push up when the dryer has cooled down. It's worth the money, dries faster than my 1200 watt dryer, makes less noise than my other dryer, and saves me money since I don't pay anyone to unwind and style my hair.

I have just received this dryer model # B0D04 - which has a sticker after that number ("RG1 /3" ) - I haven't figured out what that means - but this dryer can't adjust 4 1/2 inches in any way or at all. The picture on the box shows additional detail at the bottom of the pillar, but it appears to have been changed.
