when my UV light died and I went to Amazon to find a replacement and got this little guy instead. It's literally 1/5 the size of my old flashlight (if not smaller) so it's such a space saver. Love it. Note: I thought this would work with my CND polishes, but it did NOT. However, it works great with my brands of gel and I should have the extra shelf space instead of resorting to the UV light that works with both brands.

After several visits to the salon for a gel manicure I decided to try it at home. I first bought a cheaper UV lamp that was probably 5 times the size of this one. I like the small size of this lamp as it takes up almost no space with my manicure supplies. I've been using this light for over a year now, it works like a charm. I was a little confused when I first got it when I took it out of the box, it was like a toy, very light, it didn't feel like heavy salon gear but it works just as well. The only real problem is that you can't do everything with one hand at once, but honestly it's not that big of a deal, I draw the four fingers of one hand and the thumb of the other hand and heal them all together and then switch.
