I ran out of that particular color and all the stores around me had sold out. Luckily Revane came and I was able to finish my project. Very satisfied with the ease and speed with which I received the skein.

Beautiful yarn. It feels a little rough when crocheting, but I love grabbing the yarn as I work. I feel like this gives me more control than if I was crocheting with an already soft yarn. It washes very gently after your project is complete.

The quality of the Red Heart yarn has dropped significantly and to be honest it's no longer a quality product. It's spiky, has lots of knots in the strand, and worn plywood. It used to be an affordable, high-quality yarn! Now it is more expensive and of poor quality. SMX

I bought this yarn, just a skein because I wanted these colors for my grandson's quilt. I have used this yarn before and have always found it very chunky with knots all over the skein. My grandson chose a color so he thought I'd give it a try. I was really surprised how much this yarn has improved. The texture and color quality is better, especially the softness and touch. I have been a fan and frequent buyer of Löwenmarken yarn for many years. To say I was very surprised and disappointed with this yarn would be an understatement. The yarn is hard and scratchy. It even makes creaking noises when I crochet with it. It splits during stitch formation. The worst insult is repeated tears of the strand. I'm only halfway through and already had to sew up 5 yarn ends. I will not buy this yarn again.
