Doesn't suit me but it serves the purpose I needed, my car lacked the knowledge to control heat and air. it doesn't fit exactly right but enough to use. I have a 2003 Buick.

I have a 2005 Pontiac Grand AM and this knob was the perfect replacement for my broken knob. Didn't know I could replace that, so I used pliers all winter to regulate the air. It was a real life saver. And it's a big plus that it's sold individually as I didn't need more than one.

Very bad product. These knobs don't work at all due to fit and lack of attention during assembly. The spring insert in one of the handles was filled with glue and was completely unusable or even repairable. On the other handle, part of the injection molding was broken. One of the handles was broken. I bought two pens, neither of which worked. I ended up buying a used OEM pen on eBay. I think next time it will be better.

Pretty easy to install. You just need to make sure the broken handle's small hard thin piece of plastic isn't still on the AC stand before attempting to install a new handle. If this small piece is still there, the new pen will NOT work. Red Hound's customer service is excellent. Didn't even think to look for the broken piece that was left behind because it's very difficult to see. New handles work great! Very happy with this purchase.

I gave 3 stars because I needed it to fit an outlet. I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix Gt and it fitted, but then it didn't fit. It's wrong compared to the original so I had to tape it in and make sure it was a snug fit BUT it worked. I would suggest attaching super glue to make it more secure.
